These terms govern your use of NOOR, an Islamic utility for prayer times, Quran reading, Qibla, Duas, and Tasbih provided by Wisecodex.

1. Acceptance

By using NOOR, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Purpose

NOOR provides Quran reading, Duas, Tasbih tools, calculated prayer times, optional reminders, and a true-north Qibla bearing from a selected or current location. Some content may be downloaded during setup or while using the app.

3. Prayer-time limitation

Prayer times are calculated estimates. Results may differ from a local mosque or religious authority because of calculation conventions, elevation, local policy, device settings, or location accuracy.

Review your selected calculation method and follow a trusted local authority where required.

4. Qibla-direction limitation

Qibla direction is an on-device estimate. Live guidance depends on location accuracy, device sensors, calibration, magnetic interference, and how the phone is held. Use the numeric bearing or another reliable reference when the app reports reduced accuracy or unavailable sensors.

5. Reminder limitation

Device permissions, battery policies, clock changes, focus modes, and operating-system restrictions may delay or suppress notifications. Reminders are a convenience and should not be your only timekeeping method.

6. Your responsibilities

review your selected city, time zone, and calculation settings;
keep your device clock and operating system current;
protect access to your device; and
use NOOR only for lawful personal purposes.

7. Local data and availability

NOOR does not require an account for its core functions. Removing the app, clearing app data, losing the device, or device failure may permanently remove local preferences. You are responsible for any device backup or recovery method you choose.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse NOOR, disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it to harm another person, or reverse engineer it where prohibited by applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

NOOR’s software, branding, original text, and visual materials are owned by or licensed to Wisecodex. These terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the app.

10. Third-party services and service changes

NOOR may rely on platform services, content delivery providers, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics for operation, measurement, and reliability. Wisecodex may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features, and store updates may be required for continued compatibility.

11. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, NOOR is provided “as is” and “as available.” Wisecodex does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, notification delivery, or calculation agreement with every local authority. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

12. Changes

Wisecodex may update these terms and will revise the effective date for material changes. Continued use after revised terms become effective means the revised terms apply to your use.
